Hi, I believe it is possible to have the sparks back again. The fact that you had the attraction at the start, says that you are biologically suited, and the pheromones (natures chemicals that increase lust) are there between you. If you are not attracted, it may relate to any one of the following, just for a start: You may not be passionate about your life's pursuits, you may be resentful towards your spouse, you may have self esteem issues, your partner may not be treating you in a loving and attentive way, you may be thinking of others, and not your spouse in the bedroom (which kills the passion/intimacy for a relationship), you may be in the contraceptive pill, you may need to become fitter/healthier, and if you are a mother of young children, you need to find YOU time to start to feel sexier, and therefore lust after your spouse again.

Long silent treatments inflame spouses. How can you communicate effectively when you are not talking? It helps to be humble, and it feels great to make the first move (once you're made it), so go cuddle your inflamed spouse next time they stop talking, and start stomping.

Peace is far more enjoyable than war, so if you are fighting, its' not about who's right, who's wrong...It's about getting back to peace, and then you can calmly discuss any issues. LOVE feels better than anger.
